| 5:00 am | Wake up, brush teeth, take a bath, and refresh your mind and body. |
| 5:40 am | Drive from home to Hutan Bandar .|
| 6:00 am | Reach Hutan Bandar
Exercise is recommended for boosting endorphin levels and improving mood.|
| 6:00 am | Do warm-up exercises and stretching. |
| 6:20 am | Take a walk in the jungle (near the car park) to absorb negative ions and dopamine, then jog 2.4km in Hutan Bandar. |
| 6:40 am | Go to the small mountain to watch the sunrise. Check sunrise time for that day. |
| 8:00 am | Do strength and conditioning exercises. Perform sit-ups, push-ups, a 2.4km run, knee push-ups, elevated push-ups, and chin-ups. |
| 8:30 am | Perform cooling exercises. During the cooling-down phase of a workout, you should perform exercises that gradually lower the heart rate and relax the muscles. |

The 2-mile run is the 6th event of the Army Combat Fitness Test. It is a test of aerobic endurance. It applies to common Soldier tasks such as dismounted movement, ruck marching, and infiltration.
